This class is of medium intensity incorporating elements of both dynamic and restorative practices. Perfect for those new to yoga or for those who prefer a steady paced practice while linking breath to movement. The postures in this class tend to calm the mind and strengthen the body as this class is as much physical as it is mental. Expect meditation, breathing exercises, a tiny bit of Yoga history and of course asanas.
Yoga will give you improved posture, increased confidence, deeper sleep and a sense of ease.
