About My Classes
After battling a rare bone disease in childhood, Bridget dove whole-heartedly into sports (running, swimming, cycling, horseback riding, rock climbing and skiing). During her first pregnancy (1994), her doctor recommended she switch to yoga, which quickly become her way of life.
Yoga Alliance level 500 certified instructor Bridget was initially trained by Robert Boustany and Charlotte Borde in the Pralaya approach to Hatha Yoga developed to prevent and heal joint injuries by strengthening targeted muscles to ensure optimal alignment and energy flow. She expanded her training with Santhosh Kumar and Roshan Arehole at Yogadarshanam in Mysore, India – delving deeper into the healing techniques of mudras (acupressure), advanced pranayama (breathwork), meditation (mindfulness), pre/post-natal, acro and ashtanga vinyasa so her classes can range in style and focus according to the goals, limits and capabilities of the people at hand. Having lived and worked in several countries across the globe as an international communications consultant for over 20 years, Bridget comfortably caters to clients from all around the world. Passionate about helping people improve their overall well-being, she carefully accompanies her students on their journey toward holistic fitness, adapting to each person’s specific and ever-changing needs.
